These Terms & Conditions govern your use of pannausa.com and purchases made from Panna LLC. Throughout these Terms, “Panna,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Panna LLC.

By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please do not use the website or purchase our products if you do not agree to these Terms.

1. Online Store

You must provide accurate, current, and complete billing, shipping, contact, and payment information when placing an order.

You may not use this website or our products for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. You may not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website.

2. Products

Panna creates handheld clickers and stress-relief products using 3D-printing and hand-assembly processes.

Because each product is individually 3D printed, slight variations in color, surface texture, visible layer lines, seam placement, and finish may occur. These are normal characteristics of the 3D-printing process and are not considered defects.

Product photographs are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and the display settings of your device.

We may modify, improve, discontinue, or limit the availability of a product at any time.

3. Product Use and Safety

Panna clickers are intended to be used as handheld novelty and stress-relief products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

Products may contain small components and are not intended for children under three years of age. Keep products away from young children and pets. Adult supervision is recommended when appropriate.

Do not use a product that is cracked, broken, damaged, or has loose parts. Stop using it immediately if damage occurs.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

Product or inventory unavailability
Incorrect pricing or product information
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
An incomplete or undeliverable shipping address
Violation of these Terms & Conditions

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

5. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, service interruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing or has shipped.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Products

Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged-product claims, and incorrect order claims are governed by our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customers must contact Panna and receive return instructions before sending an item back. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived, including applicable rights relating to defective or misrepresented merchandise.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity occurring through your account.

The Panna name, branding, website content, product photographs, graphics, written material, and original product designs are owned by or licensed to Panna LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, manufacture, sell, or commercially exploit our protected content or original designs without prior written permission.

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and social-media platforms.
